When screws are seized or won’t budge from their threads, this impact tool set is ready to free them with just a few strokes of a hammer! It’s designed to work in all situations, whether a screw is frozen, rusted, stripped or stuck in some other way. And, with four different bits included, it’ll work with a majority of standard screws, no matter the application.

To utilize this impact tool, simply affix the right bit to the bit holder. Position the bit into the head of the affected screw and, while keeping the driver straight, strike the butt of the tool with a moderate hammer blow as you ease it in a counterclockwise motion. Repeat as necessary to free the seized screw.

The methodology behind this impact driver is simple. Each hammer strike to the tool turns the bit 20-degrees and incites up to 200ft/lbs of torque to generate movement in the screw. Regardless of how the seizure came to occur, the jarring force of each impact causes tremors that facilitate small degrees of movement until it’s free for manual removal.

This tool can be used as a standalone product with a hammer or striking mallet, or in conjunction with 1/2″ drive impact sockets for maximum effect. It’s a necessary tool in automotive repair shops and in construction environments.
