Just brush or spray it on the affected area, and the fast-drying, milky white latex formula ensures that the rust disappears in a few minutes. The rust converts to a durable black protective coating that can be easily painted. This product works as a primer or finish coat and functions only in the presence of surface rust. The formula is specially designed to be used with body fillers and fiberglass.
