Easy to apply, the USC Defender-Pro™ Epoxy Truck Bed Liner with Kevlar is a pour, shake and spray way to an amazing finish. In less than 20 minutes (apart from prep time) you are sure to achieve uniform texture that lasts really long.

Defender-Pro™ is a highly advanced, two-part epoxy formula that is sure to save a lot of time and money. Epoxy liners are known to provide better metal adhesion and resistance to chemicals (such as gasoline, Xylene and MEK) when compared to urethane liners.

The non-isocyanine formula is less sensitive to water and moisture in the atmosphere, making it an ideal liner for humid climates. With longer pot life and easy to spray options, Epoxy liners such as Defender-Pro™ are definitely better than Urethane liners. The lower application pressure necessary for Defender-Pro™ means less chance of overspray.

While you do not have to add solvent for Defender Pro™, it must be used within 2 hours of mixing. A quick five minutes of induction time after mixing allows molecules to align themselves properly and helps in better curing.

Apply the liner with the help of a Schutz-gun and 100% coverage allows you best possible adhesion and protection. Franchise liners are way too expensive and can be applied only at specific locations using specialized equipment. While franchise liners are vulnerable to chalking and peeling, they may also not provide any UV protection. Defender-Pro™ on the other hand is much more forgiving and allows better UV protection too.

You can even top coat Defender-Pro™ with the help of automotive grade single stage color or clearcoat /basecoat. It is always recommended to leave a time-gap of 72 hours of curing before hauling. Use Defender-Pro™ as a gravel guard on mower decks and trailers. It also has agricultural and industrial uses.
